Strange Sightings in Letham Glen 2

The flags were flying and the tents were up …

… down in Medieval Leven where the knights had set up camp …

… the men played manly games …

… the women wove and chatted …

… the kids played under the shade of the trees …

… the lay brother made chainmail suits and  trinkets …

… suits you, sir, and, yes,
definitely your size it will stretch a little with wear …

… who’d have known there was chainmail for the rich …

… and less tough chainmail for the poor …
… of course there was …

… the musician played sweet music …

… but with evil characters lurking in the tents
the idyllic scene was soon to change …

… let the battle begin …

… no horses or other animals were hurt during the fighting …

… not sure who won …

… captured but still smiling …

… still smiling not realising that …

… his head (and hair) was about to come off …

… so the day was saved and a jolly time was had by all …

and we all learned how tough those times were
from the folks of Medieval Methil
