TRACES exhibition
TRACES : The Polish Army in Fife during WW2
opens tonight at The Garage, East Bridge, Cupar, Fife
What a nightmare getting everything ready
only to be told on Wednesday that I have no venue.
It’s gone up in the Cupar Arts Festival office now –
not brilliant but what can you do? Either that or no exhibition.
In the middle of hanging … it will look fine tonight for the preview
I love my 1936 map of Fife (courtesy the National Library of Scotland)
which shows where the Polish troops were …
… haven’t finished adding flags yet …
If you are anywhere nearby do come along and see the exhibition.
Please note CHANGE OF VENUE
It is now at The (old) Garage,
cnr St Catherine St and East Bridge, opposite the park in Cupar.
Open daily 11am-5pm
(I think – who knows? maybe someone will tell me one day)
Stressed? Me? Never!!
Comes highly recommeneded, an excellent exhibition ,well researched and professionally presented a must see if you have the opportunity to get to Cupar. Inside out was also well worth visiting. Definately a festival worth putting in your diary! loved it!
